Edith Robinson, 1919-2003
Edith was born in her parents' home in Los Angeles on November 26, 1919. She died at her home in Newport Beach on August 12, 2003.
Edith began attending Quaker Meetings in the early 1960's and was active in Quaker Meeting for the remainder of her life. Quaker Meeting brought Edith great joy, spiritual meaning, and peace. Edith developed many deep friendships among her Quaker friends, friendships she maintained over the years.
We will always remember Edith for her kind, gentle spirit, and her wonderful, colorful stories of early life in Los Angeles, Gorman and Lucerne Valley. She left a great legacy of love and appreciation for music, literature, theater, art, and culture.
