Orange County Friends Easter Retreat

Easter weekend, March 21-23, 20058

This year’s Easter Retreat begins in the evening of Friday, March 21, and ends on Sunday after our noontime meal. As always, the retreat will be held at Camp Stevens in Julian, California. People usually start showing up around 4:00 pm, and then go in groups to nearby Julian for an evening meal. Some people do not show up until Saturday morning. 

The cost this year is $116 per person over eleven years of age, $91 per person age two through eleven. Anyone younger is free. Scholarship help is available, so please make use of it if price is a barrier to attendance. See any member of Ministry and Oversight to apply. Sorry, it is not possible to charge a lower fee because you missed some meals.

The camp is located on the north side of highway 78, about two miles east of the center of Julian.

We will be staying in the Blum Lodge in rooms that sleep six. There are eight such rooms. To the extent possible, the registrar will try to keep larger family groups together in their own rooms, but this will probably not be possible for couples.

You will need to bring your own bedding, towels, etc.
